I love traditional homemade tortillas.
I have a great Columbian tortilla press and traditional homemade blue corn tortillas are not only aesthetically pleasing but have the delicious flavor I insist on. My tastebuds and stomach are,100% Mexican, and they insist on quality.
- Tastes good, easy to use and make. I have a cast iron comel, I prefer to use for best results.
- The only con is shipping cost, but there is a poor selection of Hispanic foods in the grocery stores where I live. I'd have to do without if I couldn't ship hard to find foods to my home.
