I keep a bottle of this at home, at the office and in my travel bag (when I'm traveling with refrigeration that is)! It's so awesome and at HEB it's less than $2.00. Austin is famous for salsa and lots of them are over $5. If they ever stop carrying this, well, I just can't think of that! It transforms eggs into a wonder! By the way, they have an habenero one too but it's tooooooooooooo hot! They also make a terrific chipotle salsa but HEB quit carrying it. Maybe I can order it online.

One of the best sauces I have had and I have tried most of them. Good heat, but not ovely hot. GREAT flavor! Awesome on eggs or anything else.

It is the original Medium recipe I remember growing up in SoCalif. I live on Cape Cod now and finding this was amazing. And the packaging is intentional, well wrapped, safe (as in no damage). I just need to remember to order the max for shipping costs are a little high. But very reliable and well worth it!
