Los Altos Mexican cheeses are packed with the best refrigeration materials to keep them cold & fresh during shipping delivery process so they will arrive at your door step ready to eat, or further refrigeration or freezing (it may vary on some items). Very tasty cookies. As a diabetic, three cookies protect my stomach before medicines. These cookies not only taste excellent, but are very low in sugar content. They even provide protein! I highly enjoy these. The only downfall is the cost per box.
