These are little wafer discs that sandwich cajeta with is candy made from goat's milk. These are great on the go and you wont need a spoon to eat them. Reminds me of stroopwafels, but of course comes from homeland.

They are my favorite candy of all time. I bought 2 packages of 20 and finished them in a week.
The Sevillanas wafers with cajeta or goat's milk (similar to dulce de leche) are a fun nutritional candy for kids. It's the perfect combination of a crunchy but yet soft wafer (known as "Oblea" in spanish) and the clasic taste of cajeta, making it a favorite among traditional mexican candy.
It is the original Medium recipe I remember growing up in SoCalif. I live on Cape Cod now and finding this was amazing. And the packaging is intentional, well wrapped, safe (as in no damage). I just need to remember to order the max for shipping costs are a little high. But very reliable and well worth it!
