El chile chipotle es un chile jalapeño rojo, madurado, secado y ahumado mediante un proceso especial. Su nombre proviene de una palabra azteca que significa humo. Los jalapeños se colocan sobre enormes fosas y el humo se introduce a través de túneles subterráneos. Características del chipotle: Con un picor cálido y un sabor ahumado únicos, los chipotles se envasan en una salsa adobo roja elaborada con caldo de tomate ligeramente sazonado. Los chipotles Embasa se protegen completamente de los elementos durante su procesamiento para obtener un producto excepcional.
