El Adobo Doña María es un condimento mexicano similar al mole, picante y dulce, con especias tostadas. Una combinación especial de chile ancho, chile pasilla y cacahuates le da a la salsa su espesor característico. Al igual que el mole, también se presenta en pasta envasada en frasco. El Adobo Doña María combina bien con pescados y verduras, así como con aderezos para ensaladas, mezclándolo con jugo de frutas, o solo para guisos suaves y como condimento para ceviche, simplemente agregando dos cucharadas de jugo de limón.
Instrucciones de preparación: Mezcle 4 partes de caldo de pollo, agua, caldo de res o caldo de verduras con 1 parte de pasta. Cocine a fuego lento, revolviendo constantemente, hasta que hierva (210 °F). Mantenga la salsa a fuego lento durante 4 minutos y sírvala caliente sobre pollo u otros alimentos.

I love this hot sauce. It’s nice and spicy and I make amazing chicken or beef enchiladas with it! This most recent time I tried turkey enchiladas and they turned out delicious! I used to live by a Kroger grocery store I could buy them from but now I have to order them online from mexgrocer and it works out fine, great company! Bring them to Giant Eagle!!
