It's decent. I have a preference on brand but can only get it when I travel to California, so this works well as a replacement. It cakes a little more than the other brand I like, but the taste is almost identical. The only real problem is the high cost of shipping charges, but it's the price for getting ingredients that just aren't available in Tennessee.

Since moving to Florida from California, I haven’t found tortillas strong enough for how I was taught to make enchiladas! THESE tortillas are perfect. They don’t disintegrate in the hot oil before I can get then into the enchilada sauce. They make great quesadillas,too. Since 36 are in a package, I freeze them (12 to a package) for later. Gracias!
