Sobre el pozole: El pozole es una sopa sustanciosa, de picante medio, que se prepara con carne de cerdo o pollo, maíz pozolero, cebolla y especias. Es un guiso mexicano similar al menudo.
El pozole de Juanita se prepara cociendo a fuego lento maíz pozolero con trozos de carne de cerdo magra y chiles rojos. Se sirve con repollo crujiente rallado, rábanos en rodajas, cebolla cruda picada, un chorrito de jugo de limón fresco y orégano seco. (guiso de pozole) (maíz cacahuazintle o pozolero).
El pozole es otro guiso tradicional mexicano, tan popular como el menudo. Originalmente, se servía en Nochebuena, pero gracias a su popularidad, ahora es una comida favorita después de misa, en un día frío o en cualquier reunión familiar durante todo el año. Este sustancioso guiso reconforta el alma con su sabor intenso y sus ingredientes abundantes.

I love this hot sauce. It’s nice and spicy and I make amazing chicken or beef enchiladas with it! This most recent time I tried turkey enchiladas and they turned out delicious! I used to live by a Kroger grocery store I could buy them from but now I have to order them online from mexgrocer and it works out fine, great company! Bring them to Giant Eagle!!
