El mole es uno de los platillos más representativos de México, especialmente para las grandes celebraciones. El 99% de los mexicanos ha probado al menos un tipo de mole. El platillo goza de mayor popularidad en el centro y sur de México, pero versiones más sencillas del mole poblano llegaron al norte. Sin embargo, las versiones norteñas son mucho menos complejas y generalmente se usan para preparar enchiladas.
Ingredientes: chiles anchos, aceite vegetal, pan tostado, chocolate con azúcar, semillas de sésamo, sal, especias, contiene trigo y soya.
La Victoria sauces are great! My favorites are Salsa Brava and the green MEDIUM (not mild) Taco Sauce. Thank you. Please make the green medium taco sauce more available!
Very good packaging received in great shape. This was a replacement for one I bought from you about a year or two ago that broke during our recent move. So I know good packaging is very important!
So easy to start using because it's pre-cured (think that's what it's called) it's so easy to start using right away.
The Olla makes a BIG difference with the taste of the beans! I also have the smaller version I use to make Cafe De Olla.
My next purchase will be a clay Comal for the tortillas.
