Receta para preparar 16 tortillas con masa instantánea de maíz azul
Ingredientes :
2 tazas de Maseca
1 1/4 taza de agua
Combine 2 tazas de harina de maíz azul Maseca con 1 ¼ tazas de agua. Mezcle bien durante 2 minutos hasta formar una masa suave. Si la masa está seca, agregue cucharaditas de agua, una a la vez. Divida la masa en 16 bolitas iguales de aproximadamente 28 g cada una. Cubra con un paño húmedo para mantener la masa suave y húmeda. Forre una prensa para tortillas con dos hojas de papel film grueso. Coloque cada bolita entre las dos hojas de plástico y presione hasta que cada tortilla mida 12.5 cm de diámetro. Caliente una sartén o plancha a fuego medio-alto. Retire con cuidado la tortilla del papel film. Cocine cada tortilla durante 30 segundos por cada lado, volteándola 3 veces. Cubra las tortillas de maíz azul con una servilleta de tela para mantenerlas suaves y calientes. Para hacer tostadas, deje enfriar la tortilla antes de freírla en aceite. Rinde 16 tortillas. I love this hot sauce. It’s nice and spicy and I make amazing chicken or beef enchiladas with it! This most recent time I tried turkey enchiladas and they turned out delicious! I used to live by a Kroger grocery store I could buy them from but now I have to order them online from mexgrocer and it works out fine, great company! Bring them to Giant Eagle!!
