Poblano (from Puebla), Mole Negro Oaxaqueno (from Oaxaca), Mole Veracruzano (from Veracruz) I have had the three at the source (I'm sure there are more varieties) . They are ALL excellent examples of mexican cuisine, even though each state claims to have the best recipe ; ) To begin with each one is made with a variety of ingredients proper to the agricultural zone therefore the end result will be different. I love Chipotle number one, then Clasica and Jalapeño..
The best salsa sauce I ever had. Can't do without them. I use it in many dishes from breakfast to dinner. It gives dishes a very unique taste without being to spicy, just enough.
I have been using this salsa for years in California, which is pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately, I moved to Puerto Rico and can't find it, thus why I ordered it. Glady that I was able to find it via your website along with my beloved Salsa Pato. Can't live without them, they have a unique salsa flavor. Love, love them.
