These are little wafer discs that sandwich cajeta with is candy made from goat's milk. These are great on the go and you wont need a spoon to eat them. Reminds me of stroopwafels, but of course comes from homeland.

They are my favorite candy of all time. I bought 2 packages of 20 and finished them in a week.
The Sevillanas wafers with cajeta or goat's milk (similar to dulce de leche) are a fun nutritional candy for kids. It's the perfect combination of a crunchy but yet soft wafer (known as "Oblea" in spanish) and the clasic taste of cajeta, making it a favorite among traditional mexican candy.
When the best negro mole maker I knew in Oaxaca became too old to send me home with mole, she had me search in the market for Juquilita mole - which was hard to find. Then I found Mexgrocer - and it would come in just a few days, bundled in three plastic bags. I love bringing my favorite Oaxacan taste to friends here in Maine. We love this hot sauce! I had to buy the biggest one for the office this time because the little one disappeared so fast. It's flavorful AND spicy, and not just a lot of vinegar!
