They are Sabritas Adobadas, but these are the ones made for the US market and the ingredients are different. These contain sour cream, while Adobadas sold in Mexico are not made with milk solids. Important to know if you can't consume dairy. Unfortunately, I found out too late.

One of my favorites chips to buy when I'm in Mexico theses are really good
Sabritas Adobadas have always been a childhood favorite, and its taste grows into a nostalgic flashback to many great memories in Mexico. It's distinct flavor is combined by a mix of chile and lime. Not to confuse with Lay's Chile Limon or Lay's Flamin' Hot, because if you've tasted one, you will want more of this unique tasting Sabritas Adobadas.
