Since 1991 I have LOVED Herdez. It provided me the only 'authentic' salsas I could use to make dishes I missed after returning from deployment. After I left CA for MO and them MD, it became harder and harder to find Herdez in stores (even Walmart) and the special (hot) versions were never available.
