He studied at the Universidad Anahuac gastronomy, at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, in Baipai Thailand and Raffles Academy, Singapore. He began his career serving food to airlines of private flights. Besides driving for more than four years following the taste of Chef-program broadcast daily on Channel-Star-Chef Oropeza has developed several businesses in the culinary field. Currently, he runs his own production company dedicated to the culinary content and inaugurated its Center for Health and Wellness Experience, CESBI.
