I used this Achiote liquid as a marinade for a boneless pork roast, put it in a pressure cooker with a half bottle. When it was almost done, I drained the fat and other liquid from roast and reserved it for making a "gravy". I placed the pork back in the cooker with more Achiote liquid and let it finish cooking. The best "pulled pork" that I have ever made!
