Los Takis Fuego de Barcel son mini totopos de maíz enrollados como pequeños tacos (similares a los taquitos fritos). Están elaborados con maíz, aceite de palma, un sazonador que incluye sal, azúcar, saborizantes naturales, ácido cítrico, proteína de soya, extracto de levadura, glutamato monosódico, maltodextrina, diacetato de sodio, aceite vegetal, saborizantes artificiales, cebolla en polvo, extracto de chile, dióxido de silicio, bicarbonato de sodio, 2% o menos de antioxidantes y trazas de cal. Very good packaging received in great shape. This was a replacement for one I bought from you about a year or two ago that broke during our recent move. So I know good packaging is very important!
So easy to start using because it's pre-cured (think that's what it's called) it's so easy to start using right away.
The Olla makes a BIG difference with the taste of the beans! I also have the smaller version I use to make Cafe De Olla.
My next purchase will be a clay Comal for the tortillas.
