Unique use of different peppers
I am really enjoying the Chiltepin pepper sauce and the Picante Negro sauce. They are unlike any other hot sauce I have tried and the flavor profiles are dead on. I also enjoy the very different Amore sauce on just about everything. The Red and Green sauces are typical and have not tried the seafood one yet.
