A friend introduced me to this absolutely divine product by way of a squirt added to enhance a slice of apple! I was already a tamarind fiend. I was already a mango fiend. Together?!? TRIGGER WARNING: Utterly sensational! Its excellent on everything I've tried it with - even - soft serve vanilla ice cream and artisan sourdough toast! Since moving to Florida from California, I haven’t found tortillas strong enough for how I was taught to make enchiladas! THESE tortillas are perfect. They don’t disintegrate in the hot oil before I can get then into the enchilada sauce. They make great quesadillas,too. Since 36 are in a package, I freeze them (12 to a package) for later. Gracias!
