La árnica se usa principalmente en forma de ungüentos y linimentos para reducir la hinchazón inmediata de contusiones, esguinces y torceduras. Es muy común su uso en bebés y niños pequeños como antiinflamatorio tras un golpe con un objeto pesado. Los atletas la usan frecuentemente para lesiones deportivas. El ungüento de árnica alivia la piel agrietada. El mecanismo de acción de la árnica se basa en el timol, que se encuentra concentrado en las raíces de la planta y ha demostrado ser un vasodilatador eficaz de los capilares sanguíneos subcutáneos.

The chamomile and anise herbal tea, is excellent when you or somebody in the family experience a bloated stomach, it helps with your digestion . and it has a very nice mild flavor. I always keep a package on my kitchen pantry. Have been using this tea for many years.

LaVictoria taco sauce (medium) is fantastic. Just enough kick to be enjoyable. I sure wish it was available in Florida or on Amazon as it’s quite expensive to ship to Florida. It is by far my favorite toco sauce ever!
