I bought these and tried them and they are great. But if you have many people to feed at home, you might need at least 4 clips. A helper, or the people you are feeding, can make the tacos while you cook. It is fun for them to make their own tacos and put the clips on them and all you have to do is fry them. I pre cook the meat most of the way before hand, then the deep fryer at 350� cooks the tacos in under 2 minutes. I hamburger, a little cheese to hold the meat together and a strip of green chilies. With too clips I was waiting too long for people to get them ready to fry, so I am here to buy another 2 clips. I use tongs to insert and remove them into the fryer. After they are done take them out and remove the clip with tongs. Then, using tongs I run cool water over the clip for just a second to coll them so people can them. It works great for us. And the tacos are reall great.
