I am a big fan of the "regular" El Yucateco habanero sauce, but I found this was a bit too much for me... not heat-wise, but it has a *very* smoky, almost burnt flavor. The sauce itself is black in color and I feel that the smoke kind of overpowers the habanero flavor.
I am not a Mexican and I am sure somebody out there is looking far and wide for exactly this niche flavor! I'm not sure what I was expecting... I enjoy chipotle peppers but this is quite different from that.

I am a big fan of El Yucaterco hot sauce and after trying this dark and rich sauce it has gone to the top of my list. It has a very complex flavor profile with a smoky aftertaste. It is startling to see black hot sauce on you eggs in the morning for sure.

Ive been using Pico Pica almost daily for over 45 years. Can't live with out it.
The chamomile and anise herbal tea, is excellent when you or somebody in the family experience a bloated stomach, it helps with your digestion . and it has a very nice mild flavor. I always keep a package on my kitchen pantry. Have been using this tea for many years.
LaVictoria taco sauce (medium) is fantastic. Just enough kick to be enjoyable. I sure wish it was available in Florida or on Amazon as it’s quite expensive to ship to Florida. It is by far my favorite toco sauce ever!
