This Pinole is so delicious! We have it in our house almost daily. We use it instead of breakfast cereal and I use it to bake cookies. It’s flavor and freshness is better than others we’ve tried in the past. I highlyrecommend it!

Receta de Galletas de Pinole
Ingredientes:
2 tazas de La India Verdena Pinole
2 tazas de harina integral
2 tazas de azúcar
1/2 libra de mantequilla
1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
1 huevo
1/2 cucharadita de canela
1 pizca de sal
Preparación:
Mezclar la mantequilla hasta que esté suave. Añadir el azúcar, el huevo, la canela, la harina, el polvo para hornear y el pinole. Amasar hasta que todos los ingredientes estén bien combinados. Dar forma a la masa con un cortador de galletas y colocar en una bandeja para hornear. Hornear durante 25-30 minutos a 392°F hasta que estén doradas.
