Tamales de Pollo - El tamal, tamal o tamales están hechos con masa de tortilla de maíz rellena de pollo, envuelta en una hoja de maíz y cocida al vapor. La palabra tamal o tamal proviene del idioma azteca “náhuatl” que significa “tamalli” que significa pan o torta de maíz, una masa de maíz cocida al vapor con cualquier tipo de relleno, como pollo y salsa de chile rojo.
Los Tamales de Pollo Del Real Foods se envían en un empaque especial que los mantiene refrigerados durante el transporte a su destino, para que pueda disfrutarlos directamente de la caja, refrigerarlos o congelarlos para consumirlos más tarde. Solo enviamos Tamales de Pollo Del Real de lunes a miércoles, por lo que no se envían durante los fines de semana. Instrucciones para calentar tamales
Microondas: Envuelva cada tamal en una toalla de papel húmeda y colóquelo en un plato apto para microondas. Caliente en el microondas de 1 a 2 minutos hasta que esté caliente. Si el tamal está congelado, caliente en el microondas 1 minuto más. Retire del microondas y deje reposar 1 minuto para que se enfríe un poco. Retire el tamal de la hoja de maíz y disfrute. La velocidad de calentamiento de los hornos microondas varía; los tiempos indicados son aproximados.
Método de vapor: Coloque el tamal en una vaporera sobre agua hirviendo. Cocine al vapor de 8 a 10 minutos. Si el tamal está congelado, cocínelo al vapor durante 2 minutos más. Retire del vapor y deje reposar de 1 a 2 minutos. Retire el tamal de la hoja de maíz y disfrute.

Very good packaging received in great shape. This was a replacement for one I bought from you about a year or two ago that broke during our recent move. So I know good packaging is very important!
So easy to start using because it's pre-cured (think that's what it's called) it's so easy to start using right away.
The Olla makes a BIG difference with the taste of the beans! I also have the smaller version I use to make Cafe De Olla.
My next purchase will be a clay Comal for the tortillas.
