Very nice pot
Overall, this is a very nice pot, and the company's customer service is excellent. I'm sure there are many out there without issues. I ordered this pot, and it was promptly delivered. However, upon opening the box, sadly, it was in multiple pieces.This I feel this was due mostly to UPS, as it landed, rather than being set, on the front steps. I feel the packing could be more robust as well due to clay's fragility. I contacted the company, and after sending pictures of the broken pot, was promptly sent another which arrived in good order. After seasoning the pot, I noticed a hairline crack, which was virtually invisible, until water stood in it for a while. I am currently trying different patching methods.

Cada pieza está hecha a mano, por lo que las ligeras variaciones en tamaño, color, textura y porosidad son naturales y parte de su carácter auténtico.
A continuación se presentan nuestros pasos recomendados para curar correctamente su olla de barro antes del primer uso:
Sumerja la parte inferior exterior de la olla en agua fría durante 2 horas.
Llene la olla con agua fría, manteniendo el nivel del agua ligeramente por debajo del borde.
Coloque en la estufa, lleve a ebullición suave y deje hervir a fuego lento durante 5 minutos.
Apague el fuego y deje que el agua se enfríe completamente, preferiblemente durante la noche.
Deseche el agua.
Limpie el interior usando una pasta hecha de sal gruesa o bicarbonato de sodio, luego enjuague bien con agua.
Su olla de barro ya está lista para usar.
Importante: No use jabón para platos ni detergentes, ya que el barro es poroso y puede absorberlos. Limpie solo con agua y un raspador de plástico o un cepillo no metálico.
