The flavor of these candy wraps was good, but unfortunately, the freshness was lacking. They were as hard as rocks. It took a lot of effort to soften them up enough to get them to mold over the apples, then finished product was just as rock-hard and almost impossible to eat without breaking teeth.

Very good packaging received in great shape. This was a replacement for one I bought from you about a year or two ago that broke during our recent move. So I know good packaging is very important!
So easy to start using because it's pre-cured (think that's what it's called) it's so easy to start using right away.
The Olla makes a BIG difference with the taste of the beans! I also have the smaller version I use to make Cafe De Olla.
My next purchase will be a clay Comal for the tortillas.
