It's supposed to be a powder like consistency, but every bag of the 10 i ordered came hard or with a moist like consistency. I think it might have been old.

El polvo de caramelo picante original con sabor a naranja de Diana.
Pico Diana es un polvo de caramelo picante con sabor a naranja, deliciosamente dulce y picante. Viene en pequeños paquetes que se pueden comer solos o espolvorear sobre frutas para un postre aún más sabroso. El polvo de caramelo Pico es tan rico que es como una fiesta picante en tu boca. Ingredientes: sal, ácido cítrico, dextrosa, jarabe de maíz, chile en polvo, dióxido de silicio, fosfato tricálcico, saborizante artificial y colorantes artificiales.

Very good packaging received in great shape. This was a replacement for one I bought from you about a year or two ago that broke during our recent move. So I know good packaging is very important!
So easy to start using because it's pre-cured (think that's what it's called) it's so easy to start using right away.
The Olla makes a BIG difference with the taste of the beans! I also have the smaller version I use to make Cafe De Olla.
My next purchase will be a clay Comal for the tortillas.
