ITZZA Carne Asada - Seasoned Meat Tenderizer by Mexgrocer 4 oz
This seasoned meat tenderizer and rub is an excellent condiment for carne asada. Instructions: Add 2 tea spoons of ITZZA Carne Asada per 1 pound of meat, sprinkle on al sides of the meat. Add orange juice (optional) and let it marinade for at least 1 hour. Ingredients: Salt, sugar, paprika, onion, pepper, papain, silicon noxide, garlic, celery seed and oregano.
