Very nice pot
Overall, this is a very nice pot, and the company's customer service is excellent. I'm sure there are many out there without issues. I ordered this pot, and it was promptly delivered. However, upon opening the box, sadly, it was in multiple pieces.This I feel this was due mostly to UPS, as it landed, rather than being set, on the front steps. I feel the packing could be more robust as well due to clay's fragility. I contacted the company, and after sending pictures of the broken pot, was promptly sent another which arrived in good order. After seasoning the pot, I noticed a hairline crack, which was virtually invisible, until water stood in it for a while. I am currently trying different patching methods.

Below you will find our recommended procedures to cure the pot.
1.- Soak outer bottom part in cold water for 2 hrs 2.- Fill the pot with cool water below the rim 3.- Bring water to a boil and allow to simmer for 5 minutes 4.- Turn off the heat and allow the water to cool down (best if you leave overnight) 5.- Discard the water 6.- Clean it with with a grain salt paste or baking soda and rinse with water 7.- Clay pot is ready for use! Avoid dishwashing liquids or soaps. Scrub it with a plastic scraper.

I ordered 5 jars of the Salsa, as we love this on our Tacos. The product is great, but the outdate on the jars was just shy of 6 months out. I think, that when someone orders this many jars, that whomever prepares the order for shipping should check the outdates and pick jars with longer outdates.
I warmed the tortillas in the microwave before assembling my enchiladas. The tortillas rolled up nicely without cracking, which was what I was looking for in a tortilla. Very pleased. My only issue is that there was a delay in the tortillas arriving (4 days), an issue with UPS, not the store.
