Really tasty. I'm from south Texas and ours aren't the same exactly. But I'm on the east coast now and no tamales from Harrisburg street so I tried these. Oh my. Muy Bueno! Ordered more. Because I won't make them any more but I can sure eat some tamales.
The volcanic stone makes all the difference; it just enhances the flavors, "I loved that there was no need for electricity to make really good salsa; it was just human-powered."
A friend introduced me to this absolutely divine product by way of a squirt added to enhance a slice of apple! I was already a tamarind fiend. I was already a mango fiend. Together?!? TRIGGER WARNING: Utterly sensational! Its excellent on everything I've tried it with - even - soft serve vanilla ice cream and artisan sourdough toast! It tasted like the masa I would get from the little Mexican market in the neighborhood. I now live invirgina and it’s very limited on its Latin ingredients so this was awesome. I will be ordering from here again
Very fresh and delicious masa. I've been ordering this for about 5 years and always perfect. Fast delivery and packed in cold packs with insulated bags plus masa wrapped twice.
