Tomy by Montes are rich butterscotch hard candies, made with fresh milk. These tasty treats are so delicious you won't able to eat just one. Montes Tomy is made up of corn syrup, sugar, and milk, along with 2% or less of vegetable oil, whey, soy lecithin, artificial flavors, bicarbonate of soda, and salt.
