When I discovered this product a few years ago, for this flavor and the others that KLASS offers, I started using it in various ways. You can add it to your coffee or a smoothie to give the flavor another depth besides just sweetening. It dissolves easily, and a little bit goes a long way.

Instant Horchata drink with rice, cinnamon and sugar, made with rice flour and skim milk.(pronounced or-CHAT-ah). Horchata is a good source of vitamin C.
Drink Mix Directions
To make 1 glass
Add 2 Klass full spoons to a glass of every cold water (8 oz) and stir to disolve.
to make 1 liter
Add 9 Klass full spoons to a liter (1.1 qts) of very cold water and stir to dissolve. Serve over ice or refrigerate.

MEXICAN HORCHATA
Horchata is a refreshing cold drink made of rice or rice flour, water, almonds, cinnamon, and sugar. The Horchata drink is said to be veryhelpful for stomach aches, hangovers and when you are sick. In Spain they drink Horchata de Chufa (Tiger Nut) which has a different flavor than the Mexican Horchata. Chufa nuts have their origin in ancient Egypt.
La Victoria sauces are great! My favorites are Salsa Brava and the green MEDIUM (not mild) Taco Sauce. Thank you. Please make the green medium taco sauce more available!
Very good packaging received in great shape. This was a replacement for one I bought from you about a year or two ago that broke during our recent move. So I know good packaging is very important!
So easy to start using because it's pre-cured (think that's what it's called) it's so easy to start using right away.
The Olla makes a BIG difference with the taste of the beans! I also have the smaller version I use to make Cafe De Olla.
My next purchase will be a clay Comal for the tortillas.
