ITZZA Pollo Asado Seasoning for Chicken by Mexgrocer 4 oz
Sprinkle Pollo Asado Chicken seasoning mix rub on both sides of the chicken, let it marinate for 15 or 20 minutes. Grill broil, roast or microwave until cooked. Serve with rice and beans. Ingredients: Salt, sugar, chile pepper, monosodium glutamate, spices, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic and citric acid.
Since moving to Florida from California, I haven’t found tortillas strong enough for how I was taught to make enchiladas! THESE tortillas are perfect. They don’t disintegrate in the hot oil before I can get then into the enchilada sauce. They make great quesadillas,too. Since 36 are in a package, I freeze them (12 to a package) for later. Gracias!
