I bought this to use during bbq for chicken and fish and also shrimp. Ended up getting some on the corn I was roasting and found this to enhance the flavor of roasted corn on the grill. Totally by accident but I’ll definitely use it again for roasted corn.

Very good packaging received in great shape. This was a replacement for one I bought from you about a year or two ago that broke during our recent move. So I know good packaging is very important!
So easy to start using because it's pre-cured (think that's what it's called) it's so easy to start using right away.
The Olla makes a BIG difference with the taste of the beans! I also have the smaller version I use to make Cafe De Olla.
My next purchase will be a clay Comal for the tortillas.
