I have been using this product for 20 plus years. I moved away from Miami in 1990 and had a dear Cuban friend who sent me this product. I was able to find it at the Pike Place Market and more recently in a store in Seattle, Washington though now have moved to Denver, Colorado and am again unable to find this product. I used the last of what I had today. So, I'm on another hunt!!!!!!!! I savor this item as nothing can compare to Bijol!!!!!

Bijol is the best! I'm the only Cuban I know in this part of IN. Unless I drive into downtown Chicago, I can't find Bijol. Now I have to order it for friends who want to know the "secret" to the color of my Gambas al Ajillo, or Arroz con Pollo. I've taught my children to make their favorites whenever possible, and they always look for the Bijol, they insist it doesn't taste the same without it. I'm happy to share with my friends and I'll give them your web page when they ask. Thanks for helping me bring a little Latino color to my sliced white bread town.
