I don’t recall seeing any cooking instructions and when I warmed them up on a comal with a tiny spray of olive oil they did seem to dry out a bit too much. I’d be curious to hear if there’s any other suggested way of warming them up. Thanks.

When i saw sopes on mex grocer i was happy, i havent had these in years, the day they arrived i had them for dinner,was so good i will continue to buy these as where i live in NY they are no where to be found, when i lived in California i had these quite often they were readily available.
Sopes or Sope is a traditional Mexican dish consisting of a fried or warm corn masa base with savory toppings heated in a grill . ... The masa base thick corn tortilla has pinched sides to hold the food and is topped with refried beans, cheese, lettuce, onions, red or green sauce and sour cream. You can also add chorizo, shredded meat or chicken if you wish. Sopes are also called sopitos, picaditas, panuchos, garnachas or memelas.

Very good packaging received in great shape. This was a replacement for one I bought from you about a year or two ago that broke during our recent move. So I know good packaging is very important!
So easy to start using because it's pre-cured (think that's what it's called) it's so easy to start using right away.
The Olla makes a BIG difference with the taste of the beans! I also have the smaller version I use to make Cafe De Olla.
My next purchase will be a clay Comal for the tortillas.
