Tampico Pasilla-Ancho Dried Chile Peppers are traditional dried Mexican chiles known for their mild heat, deep color, and rich, complex flavor. Also commonly referred to as pasilla chile, ancho chile, dried poblano chile, or chile pods, these dried peppers are a staple in authentic Mexican cooking.

Very good packaging received in great shape. This was a replacement for one I bought from you about a year or two ago that broke during our recent move. So I know good packaging is very important!
So easy to start using because it's pre-cured (think that's what it's called) it's so easy to start using right away.
The Olla makes a BIG difference with the taste of the beans! I also have the smaller version I use to make Cafe De Olla.
My next purchase will be a clay Comal for the tortillas.
