We only ship refrigerated products from Monday thru Wednesday so they don't travel during weekends. Oaxaca Cheese is a Mexican Style Mozzarella Cheese or String Cheese. El Mexicano brand cheeses are manufactured in California with the traditional recipes from Mexico. Mexican Oaxaca Cheese is great to make quesadillas, cheese enchiladas or your favorite Mexican dish with queso Mexicano.

La Victoria sauces are great! My favorites are Salsa Brava and the green MEDIUM (not mild) Taco Sauce. Thank you. Please make the green medium taco sauce more available!
Very good packaging received in great shape. This was a replacement for one I bought from you about a year or two ago that broke during our recent move. So I know good packaging is very important!
So easy to start using because it's pre-cured (think that's what it's called) it's so easy to start using right away.
The Olla makes a BIG difference with the taste of the beans! I also have the smaller version I use to make Cafe De Olla.
My next purchase will be a clay Comal for the tortillas.
