These are excellent corn tortillas. I use them for quesa birria tacos, fried in a pan and folded with the birria meat, cheese, and sliced radish inside. They hold up perfectly and form a beautiful taco.

I have used this salsa for years, however after a recent move to Oklahoma I found that none of the markets here carry LaVictoria but do carry Pace which I can't stand.
