Nowhere else across theses United States are these whole Chiles available at any price. Other merchants only carry a chopped up mess of seeds, skin from which pulp must be separated, a waste of Chiles, time and money, thank you for the many items you have made available wherever I have lived in the Country

Ortega Whole Green Chiles
Ortega Whole Green Chiles are fire roasted over an open flame to bring out their natural, delicious and fullest flavor (blackened skins occur as a natural part of the roasting process). These chiles are the famous California Chiles also known as New Mexico chiles, Anaheim Chiles, Green Chiles or Chilacas. They have a mild heat flavor similar to Poblano, Ancho or Pasilla Chiles, so you can enjoy the flavor of chiles without overwhelming heat.

I've always loved Herdez Chipotles. Unfortunately I can't find them in my local grocers anymore, even though they carry many other Herdez products.
I LOVE this hot sauce! I had it when I was in Mexico and it has a really unique flavor! A little sweet, a little smoky and just a bit of heat! Delicious!
