These chiles are the famous California Chiles also known as New Mexico chiles, Anaheim Chiles, Green Chiles or Chilacas. They have a mild heat flavor similar to Poblano, Ancho or Pasilla Chiles, so you can enjoy the flavor of chiles without overwhelming heat.

Very tasty cookies. As a diabetic, three cookies protect my stomach before medicines. These cookies not only taste excellent, but are very low in sugar content. They even provide protein! I highly enjoy these. The only downfall is the cost per box.
