It is a geniune and finely ground Mexicano chocolate like no other, and this stems from the original and authentic "Ibarra recipe". This recipe is based on using only select cacao beans that results in a geniunely pure cacao paste. Then according to Mexican tradition we add a touch of cinnamon and other fine ingredients in order to offer you our finely ground Chocolate Ibarra. Now it is so easy to dissolve you can prepare it quickly and enjoy it daily either in its hot chocolate form or as an ice cold frappe
