This is my favorite hot sauce above all others, and I've tried quite a few over the years. Many are strong on the vinegar, while this one is not, which is a good thing. I regularly buy a pack of 10 which lasts me about 4-6 months. It's flavorfully hot. (Not for the faint of heart when it comes to spice-heat. If you like hot then give this one a try.) Goes great on my morning eggs, perfect for all spicy foods (of a Mexican variety)! Makes a mean Bloody Mary. In short, delicious, nectar of the gods. :-)
