Buffalo Wings Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 lb chicken wings
- 1 cup Búfalo Jalapeño Hot Sauce
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- Blue cheese salad dressing
- Celery sticks
Directions:
- Cut off and discard wing tips. Cut each wing into two parts.
- Rinse wings well and pat dry.
- Place wings, 3/4 cup Búfalo Jalapeño Hot Sauce, and lime juice into a large plastic food storage bag.
- Refrigerate and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place wings in a single layer on a foil-lined baking pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then drain fat from the wings.
- Turn oven to broil. Return wings to oven and place under broiler, 4–6 inches from heat source.
- Broil 10–15 additional minutes, turning twice and brushing with remaining hot sauce, until wings are tender and no longer pink.
- Serve with blue cheese salad dressing and celery sticks on the side.
