A long time favorite hot sauce of mine! I first discovered this hot sauce in a grocery store in Tulum and it was love at first taste. Soon learned that it flys off the shelves even in the grocery stores in eastern Mexico. Perfect balance of flavor and heat.
I have loved this salsa for years. I like being able to strain this salsa before adding to things like tacos. Many other brands won’t strain and are then too wet.
