Patitas de Puerco Penaloza's - Pig Feet Pickled Pork - 16 oz16 oz

I like the fact that Penaloza's doesn't use artificial dyes like most others. The texture is crunchy which is better than mush. The only thing it lacks is more vinegar and salt. I have added both to the jars I have and will see if the flavor is more pronounced. In general, these are very good pigs feet with little bristle hairs as with other brands.
