Absolutely delicious

I love this on a turkey sandwich. Tonight I fried up ground beef and cabbage together (and some garlic), then poured some of this on top. When I served it, I put a generous amount of cheese (cheddar, but I'll try others) on top. I think this is the food of the gods. It is good in so many different applications.

I put a whole bottle of this in the instant pot with some beef shanks and chunks of a chuck roast. Cooked it for 1hour and 20min!! It was absolutely FABULOUS!!! I didn't add any water or anything. I poured it one jar and made sure to move the meat around so its all covered. My husband is Mexican and he absolutely raved about how good the meat was!!! He seriously thinks I made it taste that good and I don't have the heart to tell him it was ALL this!!! He wants me to make goat meat taste the same. He said the same exact recipe!!! I said NO PROBLEM!!!! Don't sleep on this bottle of goodness!!!!!

I love this stuff, and I've started adding it to different soups and sauces. It's become such a main stay of my ingredients cupboard, I ordered a case of it!
It also rocks by itself with just some chips, and goes great with most dishes. Amazing flavor, perfect amount of spice.

I tried this when it came on the market and now it is a staple in our house. Has some kick but the heat is not excessive. The chipotle is there, but this is salsa that I think is very versatile and could be be used for meats, fish, eggs, casseroles, as a condiment on sandwiches, for marinating, added to barbecue sauces to perk up the taste, etc. A nice creamy texture. The price is good.

- Versatile way beyond just Mexican food.
- Reasonable price.
Cons
- Might make it in a mild heat to increase its versatility.
