1. In a large skillet heat oil. Fry ribs until golden brown.Add onions, garlic to mixture and saute' for 2 minutes.Pour in Juanita's Red Chile Sauce, water, and season to taste. Continue to cook over medium to low heat 35-40 minutes stir occasionally.Add nopalitos simmer an additional 5 minutes.
