When I cooked the machaca with scrambled eggs, chopped onion and tomatoes.....it was so delicious! It has that kind of taste that is unique. Besides that brought lots of memories from my grandma's kitchen. I couldn't resist... I'm ordering more, is just so good and tasty with refried beans or scrambled eggs.
Pros:It combines very well with eggs and beans. (Following the traditional recipe)
Cons:Sorry, I can't find any.
