Poblano means from the City of Puebla the 4th largest city of Mexico surrounded by volcanos Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl and 45 minute drive from Mexico D.F. or Mexico City the capital. According to many people the original mole sauce comes from a Convent in Puebla, where nuns prepare the first sauce to high ranking Catholic Bishop.
El Guapo Instant Mole Poblano Just add broth and heat. Ingredients: Peanuts flour, sugar, corn meal, chili pepper, spices including paprika, maltodextrin, cocoa powder, modified food starch, salt, caramel color, extract of paprika, garlic, autoyzed yeast extract, xanthan gum, sesame oil, chicken fat, hydrolyzed corn protein, disodium inosoinate and guanilate, less than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.

Nothing beats this mole powder can you please bring this back I've looked every where and I'm so desperate I'm going to start searching for a homemade recipe. Why did you stop selling this mole,the liquid one you sell is digusting,bring the powder one back.
