Plus it is healthy especially if you are pre diabetic.
I mixed them with eggs and topped with parmesan cheese and it hit the spot.

I was checking this website to see if its okay to not drain and rinse before cooking. Because I love the juice that it comes in. I like drinking it. I read the label too late. It says to rinse and drain. Does anyone know about that?
Plus it is healthy especially if you are pre diabetic.

It is believed that one of nopalitos (nopal cactus) properties is a natural diabetes and cholesterol medication, and its also used in the treatment of obesity, gastrointestinal disorders, skin ailments, and viral infections.
